Best adventure yet !!!! This Company is very professional !!! We have done Whitewater rafting twice now in K- Country and this Company had the best staff who were kind, and personable, clean location, would highly recommend. !!!!

We had a fantastic time on our rafting trip with White Wolf Rafting. We were wrapping up a family vacation to Banff and wanted to cap off the trip with a fun rafting adventure. This fit perfectly. Our guide, Zach, was knowledgeable and entertaining and made the trip very memorable. The whole trip was well-organized and things worked seamlessly.

Thanks to the crew at White Wolf for a brilliant rafting trip on the Bow River. Our guide Zack was so enthusiastic and friendly and kept us entertained throughout the trip. The 8 metre cliff jump half way was really exhilarating and riding the rapids in horseshoe canyon was such fun. We would highly recommend doing this. James Hackett Ireland

The trip with White Wolf was outstanding and so much fun on Horseshoe Bend of the Bow. Guides were friendly, did a thorough safety briefing, and we felt in good hands. Loved the cliff jump too. Exilerating and challenging. So happy to support a small, local company. Dog tour next time!

Really didn’t want to leave a negative review but felt it necessary after speaking with some locals over the past few days. Supposed to do a white water rafting tour on Tuesday (6/20) at 8 AM. Was told that weather can change rapidly in the Canadian Rockies so was hopeful until the very end for a somewhat decent day as I have been looking forward to this excursion for months. The weather was horrible on the morning of my scheduled excursion. The temps were at the bottom threshold for company cancellation at +5 degrees but felt way colder than that due to the pelting steady freezing rainfall. The views of the valley would also be lackluster because of the thick fog. I had the decency to show up in person and state my concerns only to be told that the glacier river water would feel warm due to the conditions (combo of air temps and rain). Needles to say, that not did ease my concerns nor how the employees were dressed as if it was winter. Instead of issuing a full refund or scheduling to a different day later in the week with better forecasted weather free of charge (informed them it the first day of our trip), I was only offered a 10% discount to rebook. Many locals said the restaurants were unusually slow on that day due to the weather (so people wouldn’t be on the river if not out in town) and stated I would have been miserable if I took that trip. I really feel like more discretion could have been used by the company considering the harsh conditions that most people would not want to endure for multiple hours. I gave White Wolf Rafting the opportunity to make it right before leaving this review but their solution was not customer friendly given the aforementioned circumstances.

We really loved our tour with White Wolf Rafting today! Very knowledgeable and fun crew. Loved the international visitors and surfing in a whitewater raft was the highlight! Highly recommend!

We chose white wolf rafting because of the amazing experience we had last December with their sister company Snowy Owl dog sled tour. The company was great getting back to me quickly and answering my questions. We were taking our 11 year old for his birthday. The guides were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed Pedro our bus driver as well. Spencer was the guide on our raft and he was very engaging and made sure we had a great time. It was a beautiful ride and White Wolf does an amazing job. You could tell the guides really enjoy what they do. We really appreciated the pictures they provided as well. Would love to come back next year and ride Bow River with them.
