I worked with John chai and I will never use this unprofessional firm. He got a photographer to take pictures of my condo. The photographer dragged the furnitures and made a long scratch on my patio floor. It damaged the surface membrane. The photographer did not have my permission to move my furnitures around. This agent refused to help me and denied everything. Very stupid. He lost my trust and all my future businesses. I gave them a chance to admit their fault or pay a small compensation. This small compensation would've gain them many future house sales and I was willing to put my listing on hold until this was resolved. Instead they denied everything and did not admit any responsibility. So I cancelled my listing right away. I was happy to leave and seek elsewhere.

I worked with Karina Espinoza. During the signing of the contract, Karina kept asking me over and over again if I was sure there was nothing wrong with the house and that it was good to go… she asked me an unusual amount of times and now it makes sense why! When I moved in to the home, all the promises that were made to us were not kept, and things like plumbing and the oven were not working. She said over and over again during the signing “are you sure”. You can’t trust some realtors that’s that.

Amazing brokerage! I worked with Karina Espinoza and she was beyond kind and helpful. She found my partner and I our dream condo, whilst respecting our time, standards and budget. Truly a pleasure to work with her and will be coming back if we ever move again.
