I’ve come here to get my nails done before I got bio gel done, and they were beautiful and worth the $70 considering the amount of detail they took. Today I got a pedicure and it was amazing, Kerry was very sweet and did a great job! These ladies put in a lot of hard work and maintain great customer service, overall 10/10 satisfied!

Crystal is so talented and her work is so beautiful. She pays close attention to details but is still quick and very kind. I always leave my appointments extremely happy with what she’s done:)

Amazing find! They were able to book me in for a last minute Sunday appointment. I got a shellac pedicure and gel fill. Was in and out in just over an hour.I was really impressed with the detail that went into prepping my hands and feet - I had my nails filed and shaped while I got the pedi. Bonus points for the hot stone and massage at the end. Great prices and attention to detail

This was my first time here and I am honestly quite happy with my shellac manicure. Jenny was extremely detail-orientated and was eager tohelp me pick a color I liked. She is great at what she does, will definitely go here again!

Horrible customer service. Tried to tell me it was normal for my nails to look like this. I complained. And they said, “it’s never 100%” (after $146 for a mani and pedi…it better be 100%!!!)The manager, Crystal, told me she couldn’t fix my nails for me as I was not her client. She would have to call in Suki to fix them for me…but tried to make me feel guilty because it was suki’s day off.?? Super expensive. I asked for them to be removed and they refused to provide a refund with it.Forced me to pay for my pedicure ahead of time. Every time I tried to say, “I’ll pay tomorrow, when it’s done,” the manager acted like a confused idiot and kept pressuring me to pay for a service I had not actually received.I should never have agreed to paying for my toes before they were done. Unfortunately I’ve been off my anti depressants and was easier to give in then argue. When I went back and said I’d rather get my money back and not have the pedicure, They refused to refund me. And they gave me a pedicure while I cried.

This place is beautiful and feels very welcoming. They provide great service and beautiful nail designs. This is a brand new spa with a brand new owner unlike past owners. I have known the owner for a very long time because of their previous locations and they have a lot of experience . I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here.

Very nice experience. They took their time and were very friendly and professional. I got the spa pedicure and the hot stones/ warm foot wax was so nice! I also got fake tips for the first time and I love them

This place is horrible. Came for a French tip pedicure. She refused to show me the two colours on my toe so I can choose the base colour. I requested double coat like any other I've done before. She (crystal) said it'll take too long to dry. I was not happy with the results as she was aware. And then she had me leave with disposable slippers before my nails were even dry because she was in a rush to close the salon. And the tip started coming off almost immediately because it had not dried properly. I called back first thing in the morning and kept trying all day long and could not get a hold of them. I spoke to Crystal the following day and came in to get it fixed (free of charge she said over the phone). Drove 40 minutes just to get the white tips fixed just because she did not let it dry properly before. She kept saying I put on shoes and that's why it came off (which I did not). She said she will put a gel top coat to have it last longer but then changed her mind because it wasnt just one toe and didn't want to waste gel top coat polish. So she did not do gel top coat as she said. She said if I were to leave a bad review, I would have to pay for fixing the white tip! Ridiculous customer service. And not to mention that she kept saying that I'm 100% lying about not having put shoes on to have caused the white tip to rub off. I go get my nails done regularly at different places and this is the first time I've had staff talk this way to a customer. Very unprofessional, rude, cheap and poor service!
