Ted's Hats Off Barbershop

What an awesome experience I had at Ted’s. I had my hair cut by Missie, and she didn’t disappoint this time either. She gave me a colour, cut, and wax for a reasonable price. Also, it felt like one of those old time barber shop experiences where people come in for cut and end up talking with each other. Ted and Missie are very kind people who want you to an awesome experience. And I did!

I’m so glad I found this little gem of a barber shop. Cassi is so pleasant and talented. I could sit in that chair and visit for hours! I’m so grateful she got me in right away when I had someone else butcher my hair. She’s FANTASTIC and I can honestly say I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been in Medicine Hat for many years and have had trouble finding someone in town who can cut fine hair, and do it well. In fact I was travelling to Calgary in order to receive a cut I was really happy with. However, due to Covid, my stylist there was forced to close her business, and I needed to start the dreaded search again - ugggh! One post in particular about Ted’s Hat’s Off Barbershop caught my eye. This specific post said were really good with fine hair, but they also cut women’s hair too, so I thought I’d give them a try. Am I ever glad I did! I actually went in 3.5 weeks ago, and Cassi cut my hair like it’s never been cut before. She did a fabulous job! I absolutely love it! I’m so glad (and relieved) I’ve finally found my new “go to” hair chair. The shop is small, warm and inviting. Both Cassi and Ted are very personable. You walk in a stranger, but you leave as a friend. I highly recommend Ted’s Hat’s Off Barbershop to anyone. Simply amazing!

Literally the best shop to get your hair done in Medicine Hat. Amazing location, super cute and hands down the friendliest staff in town. You can not leave there in a bad mood. Cassi has done WONDERS for my hair. Ted is a stand up guy as well. Love love love this shop!

Was looking for a new barber and decided to make an appointment here. I went in for a hair cut and a beard trim and also some advice with both my hair/beard, and Cassi was super helpful. She did a great job and I am very pleased! Will be a returning customer for sure.
