They have great customer service. I showed up to a different location to buy a new video game but they unfortunately were out. But that location asked this location to put it on hold for me. I showed up a few minutes later and they had sold out. Except for the one they put on hold for me. Great service! They didn't have to do it but they went above and beyond. Thank you!

Small Store - Big Heart. Rarely do I give 5 stars however Manager Aziz and his staff we exemplary when it came to customer service. For electronics - The Source has it all!! I was amazed that I could a new phone, a BETTER PRICED PLAN, computer gear, camera gear, gaming gear, plus a whole lot more at one tiny shop! The prices were excellent and many things were deeply discounted. They saved me so much money! Sales rep Kandarp had wonderful knowledge of their products and services spending the time fully answering all my questions. Just a fun place to hang out and take in all the electronics.

I went to the source to get my phone upgraded from an iPhone 12 to a Google pixel 7, the store associate Mili was extremely helpful and ensured that i was given the best service possible. She made sure that i got the best deals from a good carrier. Overall the experience was so great that if i could give you guys 6 Stars out of 5 i would!!

Needed to upgrade two iPhones and Carleigh the manager was so amazing. Went above and beyond to ensure our account got the best deals and made sure we were taken care of properly. The Source had a better deal than Bell did. Doesn’t make sense but would highly recommend The Source at Market Mall. Professional and friendly.

The store with the “maybe” answers!I wanted to try out a headphone before buying it. And its not working. And no matter question I ask for the customer service his answer always “I don’t know, maybe”Arguing the brand company didn’t install the demo section properly!

Wow, what an awesome and helpful experience with Ayaz. I had a problem with an account set up many years ago but Ayaz understood my dilemma immediately and knew exactly what had to be done. With his assistance, I got my problem solved and, although it took time and patience on his part, he remained calm and upbeat while dealing with the problem. I understand that Ayaz was only temporarily assigned to the Market Mall location from his usual store in Cross Iron Mills but he would be an asset wherever he serves the public.
