I recently had the pleasure to take a trip using Cross Canada services to Whistler. I found it was a phenomenal and smooth ride there and back from my starting destination. Provided great recommendations during to trip such as what businesses and attractions to check out!My family definitely enjoyed their services as well and hope to have another trip again with Cross Canada.

First time booking their bus, and we are very satisfied! The bus was very new and clean, driver was wearing mask, and there was sanitizer at the front of the bus. We really enjoyed our 4 day trip with them.

On 02June, the UELAC Conference held in Richmond, British Columbia had an All-Day Tour (including lunch) to Vancouver to visit Stanley Park in the morning and the Museum of Vancouver (Vanier Park) in the afternoon for a guided tour. Our Bus Co, Cross Canada Country Bus Services did an excellent job. Our friendly driver, Benson was FANTASTIC! We left Richmond at 9am, on time, and arrived back to our hotel by 4pm. All-in-all, a great Tour. Luxury Bus Service at it's best!

Booked a bus to pick up our group from cruise ship to hotel to Fairmont and also did a city tour the follow day. Driver was very helpful with our luggages and assisted senior on and off the bus. Lovely experience.

I had a field trip planned for 40 students and even 3 months in advance there were no school busses available in the lower mainland. Cross Canada coach lines came through! They are affordable, their customer service is great, coaches are clean and comfortable, driver was friendly and on time. I would book them again in a heart beat. So grateful to this company for making a much anticipated trip possible!

My aunt was travelling alone with them, I was worried and hesitant, to be honest, but I had no choice as I had to work overtime. Long story short, my aunt came home and told me she had a blast! As my aunt doesn't speak English, however, the staff spoke Chinese with her, and also did some translate service for her when she was trying to buy some souvenirs from a museum in Calgary. She had a good rest in the bus, the seat was comfortable so her back pain didn't get worse. Thank God, otherwise she would complain about it all night! And after the first she traveled alone, now she's talking about some Xmas solo trip. I hope they offer more trips so my aunt can continue to have fun! Thank you!

Very unprofessional drivers, tailgating our truck on the 5 fwy risking the life of their customers and our family. 60 mph is not fast enough for them?

Booked a few coaches for a company event and loved their service. Dispatch is very organized and helped with our schedule and pick up points. Drivers dressed appropriately and showed up on time for each pick up. Looking forward to use their coaches again for next year's event!
