Out of all the portuguese bbq stores ive had this is the only one that ive ever been to that offers real portuguese feeling, taste and flavour, this was so good that i myself finished a 1/2 a chicken which is impossible, everything was good about this i would fully recommend it

Busy Portuguese chicken place, an offshoot of the Ferreira family of restaurants.I ordered ahead on the website, quick and easy, and I suggest you do the same to beat the lineups.They text you when your order is ready, and off you go.Although I was told on several occasions that the sandwiches were great, I felt like a salad, so I got one with sweet potatoes and kale. It was good, I'm glad I got dark meat. It was tasty, not too fatty or full of chewy cartilage, so that's great. The dressing was delicious and creamy. I had a chicken croquette on the side with mustard, excellent.Portion size is fine for lunch, I wasn't scrounging around for chicken pieces in my bowl. Price is fine, a little over 20 bucks with tax and tip.Will definitely try the sandwich next time!

The staff were nice and welcoming. The chicken sandwich was very juicy but lacked a bit of seasoning and salt. Overall recommend.

I understand it’s common for restaurants to use dried and leftover chicken corners (with no skin or sauce) for sandwiches. But for $17 I’m expecting something better.

I got the sweet potato bowl and a kombucha from the fridge for $22. Overall it's a decent spot to grab a quick lunch downtown. The chicken was tender and flavorful just not particularly memorable. The portion was also average and the other ingredients in the bowl (seeds, dried fruit etc.) were sparse. Not bad, just not very good compared to other places downtown.

Loved it! After a disappointing experience at another fast-serve Portuguese sandwich place earlier on this trip, I stumbled on Campo tonight, the last night on this trip to Montreal, and decided to try for one more. I got the chicken sandwich with fries and water. Great value and it was delicious! The bread was perfectly fresh and the chicken was superb, moist and nicely flavoured. The fries were ample and very good. Service was amazingly fast and I liked the vibe a lot.

Had the poutine at Time Out Market. While the fries were delicious, the sauce and chicken were bland and the cheese curds were cold. On the other hand, the service was fast and friendly.

Best Portuguese style bar barbecue chicken in trendy downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada! Reasonably priced and delicious food. I love going to Campo for lunch a few times a month. Word of caution, the place is usually very crowed, and you may have to wait in line for a short while, but we'll worth the wait. My favorite offering is their 1/2 a chicken with fries & the house coleslaw, accompanied with the best house Wine I've ever tasted! The proprietors actually own a Vinyard in Portugal, and they produce a vintage they name F" after the Ferreira family name. Enjoy!"
