Hired to fix our deck through Home Depot. If they tell you that the person they're going to send to fix your deck is this old guy that's been doing decks for years, take your business elsewhere. I assume this is a case of subcontracting. Poor workmanship and unprofessional. They had to come back and fix the fix. Even then, I've since had to fix their fixes. Not worth the money. Do it yourself or look elsewhere.

Hired these guys through Home Depot. It was one if the worst experiences I ever had. They took forever to get the stuff I ordered. They were confused about what they needed for the job. They came out to my house two separate times to measure the kitchen counter we were having them installed and they still got the sizes wrong. They damaged the countertop and then said they could fix it. Then once it was installed they told me to contact Home Depot and they would give me a refund. But before I was contacted back they tried to get me to sign all the paperwork to have the job paid for through my Home Depot credit card. They said I couldn't get reimbursed by Home Depot if I didn't do this. I talked to Home Depot and they told me that wasn't true. And I shouldn't sign the paperwork until I work out a deal with them. So I told them that and they told me they were sending me to collections. I then talked to Home Depot about this and they said that they would never send an issue like this to collections. So they lied several times, threatened me and did a terrible job.AVOIDING THIS COMPANY WILL BE THE BEST THING YOU EVER DO!

I got bathroom renovation. They are great!!

Had them replace a tub along with the surround back in 2018. Overall they did a good job but started to cut corners at the end, installed the Hot/Cold water indicator upside down and also absolutely mangled an access panel and surrounding ceiling the floor below to get at the pipes. I had seen they brought paint to patch it back up but decided to not do it for whatever reason but as I said overall it was a decent job.

Unfortunately my front door was kicked in the other day, and as it happened in the evening I was in a bit of a jam about what to do about it. I contacted Home Depot and they were kind enough to give me a security bar and put me in contact with CI Design. CI contacted me that evening, and touched base again the following morning before arriving promptly at 9:30am. My door casing was repaired in impeccable time before I began work that day, and was more secure than ever. Thank you for an incredible job by your foreman!
