Williams Fresh Cafe
I came here last Sunday night to get ice cream from the ice cream shop the line was really long and my kid wanted some so I decided to go Williams to get some and it took so long to get it. We only went there for ice cream which I have gotten before there, they had maybe 3/4 girls working and it was around 8pm ish so I didn’t see a lot of people ordering food mostly drink stuff. Paid for the ice cream to wait for it on the side and it took them 20 minutes to scoop ice cream into a cup. People behind us got their stuff before us. And on top of that it was a very small scoop compared to what I’ve gotten before. The girl who served it didn’t say anything after she gave it to me there were no spoons I had to wait even more for her to come back to give us spoons.

It is a lovely cafe - Williams Fresh Caffe. The restaurant is nice and spacious, and somewhat busy. One room is outdated, but the main one is presentable.Lovely patio outside.They got a skating ring that blasts music, and many people come to enjoy the social. Sure it happens few times a week.Great place to go for a walk around or a quick coffee.They got food as well and it looks good - Whatever was on customers plates, very basic and homey.Smells delicious

My brother and I have been here several times. We order our food and beverages at the cashier and pay up front. They will give us a number and then we sit down at their diner or outside patio. We choose where we want to sit down. When the food is ready. They will come to our table to serve our order. We can take our drinks, desserts and napkins with us to the table. We ordered Sandwiches: One Classic Turkey Club House, One Grilled Cheese with Tomatoes and One Roasted Vegetables & Goat Cheese Panini, Two Small Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soups with Parisienne Garlic Toast, Two pieces of Vanilla Cake and Two bottles of Coke. We enjoyed our meals and desserts. We always get what we order.They have a lot of Tables with chairs and booths. They do have Washrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They do have a free parking lot with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances to get into the restaurant. They don't serve beer, cocktails and alcohol. They only serve juices, water, pop, tea and coffee. Sometimes, we sit by the window and see the view of the boats.

We went for a coffee date.I decided to try something I've never tried. I ordered a caramel latte, my buddy, a hot chocolate. Both drinks were cold! They reheated them. They were sooo hot we couldn't even hold the paper cup!Our table. The place was busy, koodos to them. Our table only table available when we arrived (we had a baby with us) took about 20 minutes for it to be cleaned, and that was after I asked the staff for it to be cleared!My brownie and the company I was with was the best part of my 1st experience ever at Williams.

Since the ice cream store part of the hospitality area was inexplicably closed during a hot summer day and not open until 5, the kid and I went into Williams for some consolation treat. Stood at the counter waiting while a man was standing 2 feet away at the register, the only apparent staff in the vicinity, he never looked at us or said a thing. Finally after a few minutes another staff came to take our order. My coffee didn't taste fresh or even very hot. It's something about having a monopoly on hospitality sales that makes the experience feel like customers are a bother, they don't seem to try, and what is a beautiful area in the bay makes you feel unwelcome. Disappointing and lackluster service.

Decent food. The Ruben and their drinks were quite good. The berry salad side was really great. It's a huge spot with two floors worth of seating area plus a large patio. It's very close to the water with a view of a marina. With a return to inside dining, they need to up their cleaning routine as some areas were neglected.

This place is an amazing surprise. It is absolutely fabulous. There's an abundance of seating indoors and outdoors and comfortable clean washrooms and great coffee and tasty meals .I'm very happy that we stopped there.

I had the breakfast here - it is a bit lack lustre but the drinks are always nice and I really enjoyed the area. They are perfectly situated near the harbour. Great quiet spot to come and have a coffee.

The cafe's location deserves a perfect score of 10/10. However, I wasn't overly impressed with the interiors, despite the ample seating available. Nonetheless, the overall appeal of the cafe is elevated by its amazing location. The cafe's location, situated near the Hamilton waterfront, provides numerous options for pleasant walks and exploration. Additionally, I never encountered any parking issues, even on weekends. While the food and coffee were satisfactory, it is primarily the exceptional location that would motivate me to consider visiting again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an Uber order while my dad is in the hospital hoping to get him something other than hospital food, however, the hospital food would’ve been a better option than what we got. We ordered a classic chicken casadilla which came with NO chicken. We also ordered the gourmet Mac and cheese which was mainly cheese in a giant clump in a container with no noddles to be found whatsoever. We asked for utensils and also never received any. I’ve never had a bad experience with Williams in Brantford so thought I would get my Dad a healthier type of food while staying in Hamilton. I will NEVER order from this location again. Absolutely disgusting!
