First time to this shop and these guys did a great job replacing my brakes on my Subaru. People were friendly and the work was done quickly. I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Carlos talked to me personally after doing a complete inspection of our vehicle and recommended replacing a resistor in the heater fan, new wipers, an upper brake light along with the headlight restoration and replacing the block heater cord.He kept costs to a minimum and emailed us the inspection summary followed by a phone call to authorize the work. Everything was completed, we met Carlos. He summarized what was done, answered our questions and with a smile and a handshake we were on our way after Edith settled our account in a very pleasant, professional way. I definitely recommend Carlos and his team.

Carlos and his team are amazing. He was ready and willing to diagnose and repair my JDM subaru legacy when most shops won't come near it with a ten foot pole. Also their shop rates are very reasonable.I can honestly say that they go above and beyond and take care and pride in the work they do.Since visiting, my car has been running flawlessly and I always recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic. This is an excellent local business and well-deserving of your business.

I went in to have my summer tires put on my Civic and they did a full inspections. They were great with answering my questions and now my car drives better than ever. Im relieved to know my car has no major issues and know what I should pay attention too. Excellent service!

We have been using heritage Auto Pro for many years now for both our import and domestic vehicles. I have only good things so say about them, they are fantastic. They are really knowledge about all types of vehicle. Their service is great and their prices fair. Over the years we have serviced at least 6 different vehicles with them and we keep on coming back because of their great service open communication, and honest and fair prices.

I went to Napa to get my vehicles back two brakes done. They replaced the brake pads and the rotors on the vehicle. It was a bit pricey ($1000) but I paid it anyway as I trusted their judgement on replacing the rotors.When I took my car back, the brakes seemed to be grinding a lot. I did a bit of research and found that new brakes sometimes make a grinding noise, so I left it. A week went by and there was still grinding noises coming from the new brakes.I went back to Napa and told them the problem. They said I needed two new hub assembly’s which would cost and extra $1300. I shopped around and found a garage that would do it $300 cheaper. Went to get the hub assembly’s installed….was told by the garage the hub assembly’s are fine…it was the brake pads that Napa put on were the wrong ones for my car.AVOID THESE GUYS!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!

Great customer service. Was greeted upon arrival by 2 great ladies who made me feel at ease right away and very helpful in answering all my questions. Needed AC work done (evac & recharge) as well as an alignment. AC works like new which I needed in time for warm spring/summer weather. Happy with my visit, thanks to Carlos and his team!

There was a leakage in my air conditioner and I took the car at this mechanic shop for diagnostic to identify what needs to be done to fix it. Front desk quoted $145 for diagnostic. Got a call back from owner after few hours and said they have done the diagnostic and there is a leak which I told them when I dropped the car as I had tried to refill but heard the leakage. He said he want me to pay another $350 to now identify where exactly the leak is and it could be either the compressor or the hose. It will cost $1800 to replace the compressor and and $1300 if it is a hose. It totally felt like a trap and initial cost of diagnostic was charged for nothing. When I went to pick up the car, they billed me $175 for initial diagnosis vs. quoted $145. When I challenged, the owner took the shop supplies off and I paid $145. I did not feel he was genuine but a trap to approve them proceeding further and replace the compress or Jose. I would not recommend this place to anyone instead l, spent a bit more and take it to a reliable shop where you can trust as I paid $145 for something that I told them when booked the appointment. Waste of time and money.

Carlos and his team have been taking care of several vehicles for me for a number of years now. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They are honest, transparent, incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The only place I have never felt anxious dealing with for repairs or maintenance. I trust them implicitly and that trust has been repaid, time and again. 2 thumbs up from the frazzled mom!
