You can't go wrong with Garden City Pest Control. Gord and Dan were quick to respond, assessed our property and explained how best to eradicate carpenter ants. They even explained the pesticides use and safety for us and our pet dog. After completing the job, they advised us where and when to do some caulking around the house as a prevention and set a follow up appointment just to check that all was done right. Highly recommend them 5 stars for sure!

I recently had a problem with rats coming into my basement. Gordon and his son did an extremely thorough search both inside and outside my house (including the roof) and were quickly able to locate the source of entry. Some follow-up visits completely addressed the problem. I found the service provided by Gordon to be very professional as well as friendly and considerate, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service.Carpenter ants decided to set up shop next to my house, I called and explained what I saw and they were here the next day to take care of the problem. I have used Garden City a couple times now for rodents in a crawl space and for carpenter ants. They're very friendly, professional and methodical and do an excellent job. I definitely recommend them.

Wonderful service. Within 24 hours of requesting a quote for removal of a huge wasp nest, the job was finished! Gordon was quick to respond and Daniel was here less than 10 minutes after talking to Gordon. Work was done swiftly. And I don’t have to worry any longer about my granddaughters playing outside. 5++++ Thanks Gordon for the fantastic service when I had a rodent issue in my View Royal residence while I was out of town. Gordon immediately put me at ease that he would take care of everything needed in my absence, which he did. He gave me an update each time he was at my residence and outlined the next step. After cameras confirmed there was no longer activity Gordon cleaned and disinfected the area.Such a relief to return home several weeks later to confirm I had called on the right company. Previously when I had a minor rodent issue I called a different company and felt that I had been ripped off by the amount they charged for minimal service. I called about a subterranean termite infestation and they were able to come by the next day to do an assessment.After reading online about the potential cost I was expecting to get a sizeable quote, but they indicated the cost would be quite reasonable, the treatment would be minimally invasive, and that they would be able to come and deal with the problem before the week was out.They arrived on time and were quick and clean and professional.I highly recommend this company to anyone with pest problems in the greater Victoria area.

Very fast and professional service! When Gordon came to do the estimate to get rid of subterranean termites, he actually took the time to go over our home with a flashlight, and also to remove the baseboard heaters in the area of concern to get a better look at the problem. Gordon also made great efforts to keep any drilling into our floors very small and inconspicuous. Thanks Gordon!

In early May, 2022, Gordon's son, Daniel came to our house to deal with a carpenter ant infestation. Daniel treated the outside perimeter of the house, and Gordon came a couple of days later to treat the inside of the house. After their two visits the problem got worse. Instead of dying, the ants were alive and active. We sent an email to Gordon with attached pictures, describing the situation, but had no response. After we phoned and left two voice messages, Gordon replied to our email and said he would come within a few days. While we were waiting for their third visit, the ants were all over the house in large numbers. We are disappointed and dissatisfied with their services, and their slow, unconcerned response to our complaint. We definitely do not recommend them.
