Don't rent anywhere else! Amazing service, friendly, knowledgeable..truck was clean, available when needed.. even was able to rent a second one..when we realized the 26 footer wasn't big enough to hold all our stuff. If you need to store something, here is the place. Pretty convenient location for me, but for anyone outside of Port Elgin, I can see it being a hassle to get here. Nothing too crazy though. Getting into the facility is done by yourself, no one there to guard" all the storage containers from anyone breaking in."

Booked a trailer, Peter helped us figure out to try and make lights connector work. When they didn't he did everything to find a solution. Made his cell phone number available if there was any issue over the weekend when they were closed and he lived up to everything promised. Peter is a role model for great customer service and a really great person to deal with. First class service.

We were under the gun to move within a month as the closing on our house happened sooner than we expected. The staff here was very helpful, with packing materials for us. We ended up renting a unit for a brief time until we could organize things after the move. Very happy with this company and staff.

This was a great and easy experience.I booked online via uhual but noticed it said it was out of the trailer I needed. I phoned in and Peter re-assured me it was ready to go.Peter is amazing. The man is very easy to talk to and get along with, perfect customer service. He helped me attach the trailer to my vehicle and wished me well on my move.I highly recommend this place.Thanks for all the help Peter!
