Keep your eyes peeled and you will find good brand named shoes at multiple discounts.I usually get my Sketchers and knee high boots here. I get the most compliments with my Sketchers bling sandals here, my latest pair costing me under $30 which is half of what my first same pair cost me the year before.

No selection in 11 wide size . No staff available to help. Kid at desk playing on phone. Useless store. It's why people shop online.

I am Rashim and I have been a loyal customer of The Shoe Company for over 2 years now. Yesterday, at Hillside Mall, Victoria BC , I received amazing customer service from this lady name Christina. From the moment I entered the store , I received a warm welcome. On top of that she checked on me ever now and then if i was finding everything easily. I absolutely hate shopping and this young lady took out time to look at my dress and suggest footwear that would go with it. She also called other stores to figure out if they have my shoe size and also offered to order online.Not only that, she was very patient and heard everything so attentively.Her customer service was actual customer service and not a robotic monotonous menial one!I promise from now on I wont even try other stores. You should definitely recognize her!!!Also the Manager was very nice as well. I believe this store is in good hand!Way to go Christina!!!

Brian has been there for years and really knows customer service. Wide selection of shoes for every occasion and affordable. Some sizes go to men's 15.

The prices here are sometimes not as great as they would lead you to believe, however I have found some deals on shoes here. The staff are generally at least helpful and sometimes very very helpful. They are associated with Town Shoes in their points program.

I went to exchange boots that I bought online and the sales rep Rose was extremely kind and patient. Even brought boots to where I was. We had help from another sales associate but Rose was fantastic!

Fairly large selection, affordable prices, and (usually) good customer service. I've browsed a few times previously but only bought something recently. If a regular item is not in your size, they can order it in with no extra cost to you! I had to use this service and the staff who helped was very nice about it.
