Crossfit U3R

I tried my first crossfit experience at this gym !! I loved my experience! The coaches are attentive and take the time to properly direct the participants, beginners as well as experts, throughout the training sessions they offer us! Nice place, clean, with a nice atmosphere and good people !! I recommand it !!

If you are looking for good quality service then I will recommend this place to you because them give me one of the best service I was expected from them, mostly this gym is have all the items that a gym should have, not only that the gym teacher is very friendly to all costumers.

Great facility, awesome coaches, and what stood out the most was the friendliness the community showed me. The owners and coaches have really set the bar high at this box. Each coach introduced themselves and asked me the go to questions regarding any past injuries or movements I cannot do. And once they got an idea of my capabilities they each pushed me in their own ways. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is living in the area, or is just visiting. Mainly spoke French but they did speak English fluently for the most part as well. Looking forward to my next visit!

The togetherness of both staffs and clients is so warm that u barely know who is who...which is one of the base of a successful establishment ...I enjoyed my time at the gym center even if it was short...love fitness zone

I felt so comfortable even walking into Crossfit U3R. Everyone was so welcoming and you could feel the sense of community. I would highly recommend to anyone! The pricing is completely reasonable and there are tons of classes and times available.
