Aggressive Auto Towing

Inexperience drivers. Called the office, told the girl on the phone the truck etc., and that the driver was hard on the truck. She sounded like she didn't care, which is obvious if you need more info, she didn't say anything to you.

When headed back to Alberta my truck started experiencing loud clunking. The tow truck driver Ben arrived very quickly, explained everything he was doing well he was hooking up. He took the extra time to have a look at what the problem might be, he even called a mechanic on the drive to ask about it, and a truck driver who travels to and from to BC to AB often just in case I needed a ride back to AB. Ben was very kind, and made my somewhat stressful day much easier.

Had to call BCAA this morning as my car was dead. Aggressive came on their behalf. Mike was so nice, he called to let me know he was just a few minutes away which was awesome and gave me some relief wondering how long before someone would come. He was courteous and again just so nice! Had helpful information as well. Would use them anytime and say “hey can you send Mike”

Never used this service and hopefully never will with what we experienced. One of these trucks was blocking a side street that we were needing to turn onto. The driver was pulling a truck and seemed to have difficulty manoeuvring. He would pull forward and then backwards etc and then would pause. He definitely seemed in a rush. There were a few people behind us so when he paused we decided to go around him and proceed up the hill. All of a sudden he darts forward in front of me and then proceeds to drive down the hill. There was no warning and almost hit us. As he was droving by twirled his finger around his ear at us. In a crazy motion. We were pretty shocked. Not only by his erratic driving but by the unprofessional behaviour. Fortunately we have dash cam. When we contacted the company to let them know what occurred with one of their drivers, the receptionist said we would get a call back by management. That never happened. Well now we know why they are called aggressive towing..

Used these guys twice when needing to tow my car to the shop and back. Both gentleman were professional, friendly and got the job done quick and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone in need of their services and will be using them in the future.

Highly recommended. While heading out of town while towing our rv trailer, our truck lost power and we were stranded on the side of the road on busy Hwy 1. Aggressive Towing was recommended by another towing company that didn’t have the equipment to do the job properly. Dispatch was helpful and efficient. Within an hour we had a tandem wrecker able to tow our nearly 60’ overall length. Tim, the driver was professional and obsessed with getting everything right to avoid any damage. Cory was an absolute life saver. Kind, professional, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. If that wasn't enough to recommend them then the ACTUALLY REASONABLE TOW FEES should. All of my expectations were exceeded and I would call them again.
