Maison Canada

Although I do not agree with some policies and practicies on their rental agreement, I must say my overall experience with Maison Canada was positive, especially when compared to other student housing companies in the region. The building is well maintained and the units offer good space and amenities for a good price. The best asset Maison Canada has is, without a doubt, their staff! Always readily available and willing to work it out together whatever needs we might have! Our property manager, Darlene, always was always kind and helpful, and the landlord, Nader, always reasonable to accommodate my needs. During the two years I lived there, I had a few issues here and there but I was always able to resolve them with the property management.

Way too expensive for the quality of the place, its 745 +hydro and there thier heating system is stuck at 21. parking is also not great, some of the spots are just dirt patches and on rainy days ur tires spin and car gets dirty :(

I am a post-doc student in Canada. My first lease in Canada was with Maison Canada. I would like to testify to the hospitality, the welcome and the kindness of the property manager, Darlene. As a newcomer, finding a good rental home with at least a minimum requirement during the Covid pandemic was very difficult. I remember like it was yesterday what she told me when I was at the hotel and I contacted them. She said, Jean When you leave the hotel

Not a bad place to live. Ensuite, fairly big, but everything feels kind of cheap.

No where to just pull in a wait to pick up or drop of and the parking the do have isn't made for trucks but other than that nice clean place
