Worst Customer service.I was referred to this company from the Tile Store. I called to inquire about the Prosol product sold for my tile project at home. Rather than answering my call and providing customer service and assistance with my question, I was immediately questioned in my motivation to do it myself and then the Prosol representative told me I should be getting this done professionally rather than just doing it myself.Definitely will not be working with this company in the future. Company sustainability strongly ties into positive customer relationships and service. I highly recommend that Prosol Inc. hire an executive coach to better pitch their value-proposition." Not everyone will want to hire their services especially if I have tiled before. They just lost my business by virtue of how they address their customers."

Good selection of products and awesome customer service!

We use Prosol for all of our mortor, and Schluter products and they are amazing. The staff always goes out of there way to help me, and get the supplies we need even through some serious supply chain disruptions. Highly recommend them!
