Don't waste your time. They are supposed to act on behalf of superior propane, but charge a 200 dollar site visit to simply have a look and do a qoute for services you asked to get a qoute for. Terrible customer service. Called and they were supposed to call me back with a time to come do a site qoute. A week later still no call, so I called them and they told me they need 200 dollars for travel fee and that's why they didn't call back. This was never discussed up front when I originally talked to them. AND THEY KNEW WHERE I WAS LOCATED FROM THE TELEPHONE CONVERSATION, AS WELL AS THEY KNEW I HAD AN ALMOST NEW UNIT TO INSTALL AND THAT WAS DISCUSSED UP FRONT. So obviously their tech decided they wouldn't make enough money off me because they weren't selling me a new unit, thus the added 200.00 just for a qoute. Pretty sad when you have to buy a qoute. Tells you what kind of place it is that your dealing with. They took my address and info and said they would be here. NO SHOW! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What can I say?Family tradition as a whole made it happen. I came to them with an extreme dead line. They made it happen and were great to deal with during the whole process. Flexible, Pleasent, and reliable.

When we arrived in Nova Scotia we found the oil tanks had to be replaced and furnace was on last legs. This caused insurance nightmares. So we decided to switch over to propane. Their communication was great!! They were able to squeeze us in quickly and because of this saved us thousands on home insurance. Always letting us know when they were coming and progress of the build. Can’t say enough about how professional they were in all aspects!! You would honestly be crazy to go anywhere else with your propane needs. They now will be installing a generator for us.
