The office is conveniently located downtown. Staff have been nice when I've had to ship parcels, making sure to let me know my options. Once they even helped me save cost by informing me if my parcel size was marginally smaller it could be shipped under a lower cost class, which I was able to do!

I go here frequently and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today they went above and beyond. A parcel arrived for me that was missing some contact information, and they worked really hard to track me down so I could get my birthday present. Thank you and great work!

Terrible hours if you have a job. Even if it was 8 - 4 or 10 to 6 it would be better. But its useless, you can't even access your post box after hours.

Ladies there were very helpful and kind! I had very important letter to send. They helped me to put everything in a right place, answered all of my questions, double checked if I have everything I need. We also had a lovely small-talk. It made my day!
