I bought a flask, brought it back an hour later because it was defective. I had the receipt, package and everything but they did not give me an exchange, refund or even any apology. Low quality, total fraud.Ps: the item was not on clearance or sale. It wasn’t second handed either.I just wasted 17 dollars for a useless/defective item.
