The selection in this shop is amazing I can't wait to try out the tea room

Lovely store, nice friendly staff.Good variety of products. Fresh baked goods are good quality and tasty.Competitive prices with other British stores I've been to.Tearoom looks inviting, is clean and well set out. Menu offers a nice selection at reasonable prices.

Being English by birth I consider myself an expert in how tea should be served. This lovely hidden Gem in Allston does it to perfection. The Scones are among the best I have ever had and are far superior to those served by Cunard on the Queen Mary. The decor is a delight and the selection of teas is enough to be interesting but not so much to be overwhelming….The soup was hot and delicious on its own but accompanied by the home made bread it was truly wonderful…I am known to be a highly critical person, however, there is not one negative comment about this divine destination……The young lady who served us…The owners Granddaughter I believe; was a breath of spring. Sweet accommodating, a beautiful smile and devoid of rings and or tattoos……I can’t wait to go back. Shopping in the British store is a walk down memory lane…But Tea in the back Tea Room is nothing short of Divine Decadence……no comments on the sandwiches as I was too full of soup and scones…but everything we saw looked yummy and I will try them next time………

Decent sized shop with chocolates, parties, snacks and groceries as well as other British products. They have a tea room in the back, would like to try that at some point.

It's such a gem right in Alliston! The afternoon Tea Spread was delightful, and everything was made fresh.

Loved the food, great presentation, friendly staff, tables spaced well, reasonable prices. You could spend a lot of time looking at all the beautiful china cups & saucers & mini tea pots. Great place to surprise friends. Waitress is a jewel. Pictures from previous meal.

Fun place so many nice British and Scottish gifts and foods. Fresh baked items, baked there.

Cute shop, polite employee, I think it would be better if more than 1 person works at a time so the wait times aren’t so long.I will return to try their pastries one day, they look delicious.

We had a lovely time in the tea room. I now have a new favourite tea; Scottish Breakfast.

My Granddaughter took my daughter & I for a surprise Mother's day celebration lunch it was just lovely they chose Quiche with broccoli & assorted fruits & vegetables & I had a ploughman's lunch crusty bread with 2 types of cheddar cheese ,pickled onions, hard boiled egg & fruit ...we had choice of tea ( English breakfast tea& my Granddaughter had a hard pressed coffee the service was very good & the young lady was helpful all & all it was a lovely experience...we hope to return soon xoxo
