DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE!! If I could give a lower score, I would! I am beyond upset, you guys have destroyed my engagement ring! You did a terrible job sizing my ring, its narrow and uneven, I can still see file marks on it, you lost 3 stones the day my husband come to pick up and you didnt even notice! It had to be pointed out to you! Granted you did stay late and found them in your ultra sonic, but now I'm missing 2 more! This ring was custom made, it was 100% perfect, I cant believe that you have any customers at all

I recently visited Huy Jewellry with a vision of what I would like done with a very sentimental piece of jewellry. Halina transformed it and she exceeded my expectations. The necklace she crafted is exquisite and the sentimental value gives this piece of jewellry such a deeper meaning.I have since visited again with different requests and she helped craft items on short notice with the same craftsmanship as before. My first visit to Huy Jewellery and I am glad I dropped in. Great service. I brought my watch in for a new battery and ended up learning more about the watch and how to use it than I knew before. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in on a Tuesday at 4:30. Online it says they are open until 5:30. I went in looking to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. When I went in, I asked if they have engagement rings, he kind of looked me up and down, saw I was in flip flops and said “ no sorry”. I asked “you don’t carry engagement rings? His response was “we do but I put them away already because we close at 5! If you close at 5, start putting stuff away at 5!!! Not 4pm. TERRIBLE BUSINESS OWNERS! Stay away. I definitely took my business elsewhere And bought a $6,000 ring elsewhere in town!!!
