Ralph's Convenience & Food Mart

I truly appreciate the variety of items available. This place has a decent selection of Asian cuisine staple spices available. The owner is also happy to order any speciality items necessary on as needed or requested. The staff is very helpful and always polite.

It is incredible how long this place has lasted, and it is no dig on them. They have a great selection for a convince store, compared to a Macs Milk. I hope this place lasts a long time, as it is one of the oldest stores in town and part of the community

Update March 5/2022I reached out to Ralph's Manager and was pleasantly surprised how nice and apologetic he was. They gave me a great deal as a sorry from what happened before. Thanks Ralph's!! I'll be back.I changed my review to 4/5 stars from 2/5.I've been going to Ralph's for years now. It's a great variety store with a lot of selection for snacks, drinks, and even food. I used to rent their DVDs when I would visit the cottage before I lived here.Unfortunately they lost my business today. Since we had a son, we've been buying bagged milk quite regularly from here. Today my wife got home and one of the bags was leaking when she grabbed it. Upon phoning we were blamed for the opening and the gentleman just wasn't very pleasent, they wouldn't accommodate anything. We live very close so I'm not sure how the bag of milk would of opened, it was a very tiny hole.Sorry Ralph's but we won't be back.

Needed ro convert cash to coins and they had them. Someone was available by the cashier and they were quick and friendly. For a convenience store it definitely seems big once you step inside.

Certainly an older convenience store that looks honestly a bit sloppy. The guy at the till was listening to music in his earbuds and only gave half hearted service. The prices are a bit high compared to the local grocer bu that is to be expected. Good selection of items everything from cleaning to frozen local beef.

Ralph's have been open for years.. Ralph's is Port Elgin!!
