Absolutely wonderful company! We had our back porch screened in and couldn’t be happier. It was incredibly well constructed and quick! Always very fast response times and always happy to answer any questions we had. They also went above and beyond when it wasn’t exactly how we had thought it was going to look. The owner made sure to contact the supplier right away and were willing to fix it for us, though we decided we liked it better as is. I would definitely recommend Smyth Custom Exteriors for a well done renovation!

Billy and his team were so great installing our windows and doors. They were on time every day, very professional and cleaned up after and along the way! The team was so friendly, and were happy to answer any questions during the process. We are so happy with the results and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We were very happy with whole experience from our first meeting to the completion of the project. William provided valuable suggestions on product and colour schemes as well as showing us properties with the siding we chose, making our selection much easier than picking from a small sample. We were well informed on when they would start, how long it would take and exactly what to expect. Installers Mike and Ryan did a great job, worked well together and were very patient with all this amateur DIYers questions. Thanks again for your efforts making this amazing transformation enjoyable.

Meticulous workmanship.We used Bill to replace all our windows, doors, siding, fascia, soffit, and eaves. Our house is over 100 years old so it is far from square but Bill took the time to figure out all the odd measurements and meticulously created a home that appeared true.I am a textbook perfectionist and was very nervous (understatement) but I honestly could not be any happier with all aspects of his work, I can't believe this is my house! He was incredibly patient with me during my decision-making and questions, always taking the time to ensure I was happy and confident in my choices. He thought of details that I hadn't considered and that is priceless to me.I have recommended him to everyone who has asked and will continue to sing his praises!

Smyth's Custom Exteriors
We had some siding replaced (wind damage) and they came up with a very good, inexpensive solution. On the back of that, we had them replace our back door. We are extremely pleased with the pricing, quality of work, promptness and professionalism. We will definitely be using them when we need to replace our windows, siding and eaves troughs.
