Chipmaster Markham

My experience was not great.My car was in for a bumper repair and I received a call that additional an part, beyond the estimate, was needed to repair a mechanical issue with the lighting system.I gave the go ahead to replace the part at additional cost. When I asked for the part back, they had cleaned" the shop one hour after the repair and could not locate. I asked for the part number so I can find out which part was replaced

Scratched the side door. Getting a quote was simple. Take a picture and email Chipmaster. Got my quote next day. Reasonable price and scheduled. 3 days later it looked good as new again. Ryan took care of everything. Excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently took my car to Chipmaster Markham for a deep dent correction and I couldn't be happier with the results! Romel was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and concerns. I got the best quote from them and the work was completed in a timely manner and the end result was stunning. Magically, my car dent has now vanished and I even couldn't figure out where it was originally. It was just seamless and my car looks as good as new. I have been using the services of Markham Chipmaster for close to 10 years. Ron, Romel and now Ryan have all been great to work with, and they have always handled by cars with great car. As a car enthusiast, I'm don't allow just any shop to work on my cars. Chipmaster has worked on my Audi A4, Audi A6 and wife's Land Rover Discovery Sport. Workmanship is top notch and the pricing is more than fair. I highly recommend them.

Hello Romel and team,I wanted to show my appreciation for the amazing job on my Silvia by writing the below review of your shop.I have been in the process of restoring my 1989 Nissan Silvia back to its former glory or better. For quite a few years I have been sorting out the mechanical issues with the car before considering a body shop. I did quite an extensive search on the internet and forums for a body shop that fit my price range and timelines.I short listed some body shops all over the greater Toronto area and visited each body shop with my Silvia to get a proper quote and Chipmaster was the body shop came out on top. Only a few of the body shops appreciated the near stock look of my Silvia and my goal of keeping the car very clean looking. Romel was one of the people that smiled when he saw my Silvia. I have personally seen all the variety of high performance cars that go through Chipmaster and knowing that Romel had the appreciation for my car made me want to do business with him.We were able to workout a very agreeable timeline to have the car fixed by and I dropped off the Silvia. I was allowed to visit to see the process on the car and mid way through the work, it was already so impressed with the workmanship. I can honestly say, it already looked better than it ever did before. The original paint was quite pale and I could barely tell that it was a metallic blue paint. The rust and dent repair around the gas cap came out perfect. He also aligned my fenders, rocker panels and hood amongst all the other little things to make the car come out perfect looking.The day came to pick up the car, but due to personal time constraints Romel did not have the time to detail the car, which I was completely fine with. I wanted to take the time to detail the whole car myself after my vacation. After washing the car, my Silvia looks better than ever.I really appreciated that throughout the process I was allowed to come see the car and Romel was always very welcoming. One thing that makes such a big difference in customer service is the timely communication. It may seem like a small thing, but I have dealt with enough shops with poor communication, which frustrates the whole process. Romel always replied in a timely manner. He completed the work in the time that he promised with the quality that I expected from all the other reviews that I have read and received about Chipmaster.I really believe it is worth the drive from Mississauga to go to Chipmaster to fix my Silvia that I brought one of my daily cars to be fixed there as well.Thank you Romel and your team!James

Romel and the team did an amazing job on my Civic! Someone hit and run my parked civic and left a huge dent on the rear driver door where both doors meet. Looked terrible. Took in my car, fixed it, painted it and gave it back in 3 days! Would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family. Solid prices and excellent service!

Perfect paint match on my 15 year old bmw red paint which isn’t too easy to do! Quick turnaround time with no issues and they also cleaned my interior for me which was super nice :)

My daughter parked near a snow bank with her new 2023 Hyundai Elantra and put a dent in the door. I took pictures of the damage and sent it by email. Within 30 minutes I was provided with a quote from Ryan. He was very helpful and reassuring to us that our new car would look great. Service turn around timing was great. We brought the car in on Thursday and it was returned on Saturday. We were very pleased with the outcome.

I had a fabulous experience with Chipmaster.  They provided me a detailed quote on paper that was very reasonably priced compared to other places.  Their customer service was excellent.  My car was returned with the inside noticeably cleaner (than when I dropped it off) and the outside completely clean.  I had a large damage that required replacement of a door and repainting and the final product looks brand new.  I am very satisfied with the workmanship.  To top it off, Ron is very responsive to email in a timely manner.

Brought my vehicle for a minor scratch repair. I was provided with an estimate via email - quick and easy. Job was done in 2.5 days. Excellent craftsmanship. No surprises. Romel did a great job. Thank you!
