My wife and I have been seeing Dr Tobin for more than a decade. She is the most competent, talented, knowledgeable, comforting and friendly Doctor I have ever encountered. The whole office is filled with delightful staff. If you need a dentist Dr Tobin is the best in my book

I had to have my wisdom teeth out on 9/16, and I was extremely nervous. I have had issues with local anesthetic in the past. Dr. Tobin and Sarah were absolutely amazing with me. I have no words to express my gratitude for how patient, gently and kind they both were as we worked through it. And I left the office feeling outstanding. Thank you both so very much for your amazing demeanors. I am SO glad to have found your practice and would recommend you to anyone.

Been a patient of Dr. Tobin since the mid 90's, quality work - great dentist. In fact, since I moved to Syracuse in 2009, I still drive out to Ontario for my dental needs!!

Jenny (the receptionist) had an absolutely terrible attitude, EXTREMELY rude. Left a threatening voicemail for being a representative of a professional healthcare business for a late payment… a payment in which was late because the office sent me my bill 3 MONTHS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT! Why am I getting a bill at the VERY LAST week of march of this year for an appointment I had in december 2022??? Looking into switching offices. Jenny… your behavior and attitude is very embarrassing for this dentist office. I’m not sure who you think you are leaving messages like that, but not even my own mother has talked to me like that. You should be ashamed of yourself for being so bitter. The dentist himself was amazing - but I will not be returning after that experience with jenny.

Amazing people! Staff welcoming and happy regardless of busyness, weather, and the other stresses of the world. Always a great experience, despite the required dental work and maintenance. Shout out to Jenny!

Needed to go for a 2 surfaces filling of a decaying posterior upper tooth this morning I,would be very close to losing and at my age I can't afford to.to lose anymore!Dentists have always been a challenge for me because I am afraid of the novacaine injection into my gums. !!Dr Mary Jo Tobin and assistantBrenda Thurston did an excellent job. First time I DID NOT EVEN feel the needle with her method.. Fantastic! They both were patient with my fears and took very good care of me.Thank you both very much. Now hopefully my tooth will last a lot longer.
