Ordered a pair of sneakers for my son from famous footwear online. The shipping label clearly stated they were sent from this location. They sent a pair of women’s slippers. When I called to inquire the very rude young woman on the phone said it never came from them. When asked to speak to a store manager there was no explanation, no apologies as they “ don’t make mistakes”. I was more than welcome to drive over an hour to return them in store.I called customer service and now have to pay for shipping to send back the wrong item that was never my mistake in the first place. Ridiculous. And if you’re going to manage a business own your mistakes !!!

We went to the store to buy my son's snow, there we came across the Assistant Manager (Alina), she spent a long time helping us find the right shoe and the right size for my son. She worked so patiently with us. I have never seen any salesperson so energetic and helpful like her. She made my shopping experience Awesome. Looking forward to going there again.

The amount of times I've been to Vaughn mills this was my first time in this store. On sunday Jan 15 at 3:15pm me and my partner walked into the store, at the time the store was not busy. I tried on 3 shoes. There was a lady walking around not engaging with the few customers that were in the store including us. Picked a shoe that fit, walked to the cashier and Saba and the assistant manager Arifa ( I think that's what it said on her name tag). Didn't acknowledge me once. Infact Saba says I've been standing here on my phone the entire time". Then walks away while the assistant is trying to log into the register

Shoes here aren't the greatest, have very little in terms of Nike like Air Force 1, Air Max or anything like that. Best shoe I seen was a Nike Court Vision Low that they are selling for over $100. Might as well shop at Champs, Foot Locker, SVP or The Nike Outlet and get better variety

Very patient and helpful staff, manager has excellent customer service, a lot of selection and sizes plus they have the BOGO right now plus if you go to their website you can also download the 15% off. If you sign up in their email/phone list you can also accumulate dollars off towards your future purchases. I am highly satisfied with this shoe store so give them a try.

No way to get refunded. I bought a pair of boots for my son and in three days later the inserts got torn. Imagine three days and these boots are gone!!!! When I brought them back the staff started arguing saying that these boots were worn. No explanation, nothing works in the store. I asked to call supervisor but they said that no one in the store currently.I highly do not recommend this store to anybody if you have no spare money. Bypass this corner.
