Reliance Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing staff are professional, they care about their customers and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell and service. Customers are provided with a number of options when buying products. Staff are responsive to customer's needs (i.e. providing heaters to keep house warm while furnace being changed) and they protect floors/stairs with a protective carpet. Staff do a great job in cleaning up the work space and hauling away all the boxes/garbage. The team of technicians who installed our products were highly trained and problem solved any issues. The two Managers; Jamie and Joel, came to the house to provide support to the technicians as well as to communicate with us. We were told the date/time of the installation and the technician called to confirm they were on their way. The products we bought are of good quality and we got value for our money. Everything works beautifully and we are happy with our purchase and experience with Reliance here in Thunder Bay. Thank you to Jamie, Joel, Joe, Kyle and Kyle. Job Well Done!

I have had nothing but great service with Dennis the Reliance technician. He was able to fix all my current issues. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer and explain questions I had, along with giving tips to prevent future issues. Having the Reliance plan for water and furnace has proven to be a smart choice for me.

Jamie the Home comfort advisor, has been one of the best sales people I’ve ever dealt with. All the technicians that came for maintenance and installs great and completed the job to my satisfaction. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with reliance.

I had to get my hot water heater replaced but there was a problem where my water wouldn't shut off. I had both the hot water heater guy and the plumbers there this morning. All three guys were professional, had good senses of humour and you could tell they knew what they were doing. There was another problem this morning with the tank not being emptied but they solved the problem immediately. I've been in customer service my whole life and customer service is very important to me. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from all three men.

We have been waiting for a filter since Dec, they continuously make us wait for 4 hours and then show up with no filter. This has happened on multiple occasions.Fixed a leak in in the AC were supposed to come to put refrigerant in again never showed up.I don’t have time to sit at home waiting for hours for them to do nothing repeatedly. Spoke to a manager was assured a filter would be brought the next day, guy shows up again after we waited for over 3 hours with no filter. Claims he didn’t know anything about a filter. I guess if you want to work in the office here it requires no brain cells. Thanks for nothing again, maybe there will be no payment next month.

My parents had the hot water tank in their home replaced by Reliance, through the crew from Red Rock. The team was highly professional. they arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour, significantly faster than expected. The entire job was done very clean, and the team was very helpful and explained everything they were doing. They answered all my dad's questions. We highly recommend their services! Replacement was covered under Reliance warranty.

Horrible experience. Install was shoddy. Had to call back to get everything installed again properly. Thank goodness second technician was able to do a much more professional install. Salesperson told us would not need to continue paying monthly maintenance plan. When I called to set up the annual inspection the person who sets up the appointment said it was more feasible to pay the monthly maintenance plan as without it we would pay more for an annual inspection. She kindly switched us back to the monthly plan. When the electric inspection was done there was a noncompliance and Reliance had to come back. When the annual maintenance was done a piece was broken and left on our floor, filter was put back in improperly and the cover to furnace not put back properly. Called Reliance and was put through to a department and left a message. No response.After initial install and our reconnect with initial install promises that were made for our poor experience were never followed up with. We were asked not to share photos of the poor install by the salesperson and his manager after we showed sent the photos to them.
