Mike kept open for me to drop off my PC after work. My rig wasn’t booting after new ram installation. He had it running the next morning 7:30am.Very knowledgeable and knows how to make your rig faster. Walked away only paying $180 bucks for new SSD + diagnosis + some other parts.

Mark serviced my laptop today and he provided good, fast, honest service at a fraction of the cost I've seen elsewhere. As long as I'm living in North Van, I will never use another laptop repair vendor.

Mark is an extremely friendly guy who has some serious patience. My laptop needed a double fan replacement as well as a new keyboard installed, and he had it done within 1 business day. This is THE place you go to on North Shore when you have computer problems. Mark literally fixed my desktop for FREE! He cleaned the old paste and repasted the graphics card without charging me a penny.He’s very passionate about Building PCs as well. I would give 6 stars to his service if I can.

Mark did an amazing job with rebuilding my compact gaming computer. It was a $3000 brand new custom built computer that was poorly built by someone else. It started to spark, smoke, and turn off by itself.I took it to Mark and he identified the issues immediately and was able to get it fixed the next day. Mark cares about his clients and the quality of service he provides. Not only is he very sincere person, but he's also very experienced and will provide you with the best possible repair solution. We had to order replacement fans for my laptop which took a while to arrive, but once it came, he fixed it within two hours of me bringing it in, which was very surprising as these Alienware laptops are VERY hard to get into! Definitely will be coming back for any repairs. Highly recommend his service to anyone in the North Shore.

Broke my new laptop by recommending a service that ended up creating an electrical failure in the motherboard. He gave it back to me full knowing that the laptop would not turn on anymore, or if it did, there were black lines appearing on the screen due to an electrical failure. I had walked in with one issue, and walked out with a broken, unfixable laptop. You should not recommend the service anymore to future customers - just be honest and don't DIY superglue things anymore. I haven't come back because I have literally had to fork out another 3000 dollars for a new computer. Can't believe it.

My teenage son decided to build his own PC and we ordered his parts online. I was looking for a shop that could install the motherboard because it's recommended not to try it yourself. I searched near us and Mark's shop stood out by his reviews plus I got a good sense he would be the one to try first. He was closed that particular day so I emailed. Mark got back to me later that same day. We went in the next day to discuss my son's plans and what he had purchased. Mark looked over our parts list and gave us some good advice on a couple changes. He then not only agreed to the motherboard install, he also invited my son to bring everything in to his shop and build his computer! It was a great learning experience for my son plus a good confidence booster. We also came back shortly after to troubleshoot an issue and Mark had a look right away. Mark is a knowledgable computer tech that I felt very comfortable and confident with. He is a genuine nice guy who is fair, seems happier helping people rather than the typical computer repair shop with high prices (because its tech), low customer care and long waits. If you want a guy you can trust to do the job properly and have a good experience I highly recommend Mark, he is the Computer Guy" to call. He also has a funky little workshop and parking out front."

Great prices and Mark has customer's best interest at heart! I was quoted $350+ at Best Buy and was able to pay less than half of that here. Will be returning and highly recommend!
