I have had the Tech License of the SIW software for a number of years now. It is not something i use everyday so i have had to email them to get the update and every time i get a response back in a few hours you have no idea how much that helps. Thanks again

I have used Gabriel's SIW for perhaps ten years. It a MUST have on all computers and makes gaining actual system info remotely a breeze. To support him, I have lifetime licenses for EACH computer and not only recommend it widely but ensure it is put on all computers I am asked to inspect .... FIRST.

I purchased a technician license for SIW, which worked perfectly and was very useful on several of my test machines, however, it failed on one development system that had an atypical configuration. I reported the issue to Topala, and within an hour was contacted by Gabriel. He worked diligently to identify the problem and released an updated version of the software in less than 24 hours - extremely impressive response and excellent support.
