Ordered on SkipTheDishes spaghetti and lasagna, orange pop and iced tea. First of all it took 2 hours to show up, that’s not spaghetti and meat balls and second of all I didn’t order Diet Coke. Everything is cold too. Never again $76.54 yuck ripoff

Common Sorrentos Google took me to your door. Looks like a school... were are you?There is nothing I could see about where you are located ... other a sign near the road ... not helpful. Are you, in fact, a restaurant or corporate HQ? I don't know.

9.5 out of 10. Best chicken I have ever had. Salad and cheeze cake were both good as well. Presentation for all 3 were lovely. Tea was too strong. Butter for buns was spreadable not frozen pats.

We ordered delivery tonight. We were told 1 hour and it has so far been 2 hours with no delivery. I had to call 5 times before they would pick up when checking where it was. Was told the driver should be here any minute. Another half hour went by and still no delivery. Very disappointing experience ordering from this restaurant.

One star, which is a shame because the food usually tastes pretty good... When you pick it up. I do not know what system they use for deliveries but it does not work. I have never had such terrible delivery service in this city. We called twice for our order. We live very close and usually I can pick up my order but this time I could not. 2 hours later, during our second call they said the driver was outside and looking for us. We were outside and we did not see him. We asked them to remake our order due to how long it would have been sitting and we would come and pick it up because by this time my partner could pick it up. The food they gave us was obviously not freshly made, it was cold and dry. I can not see myself going back there in the future after such an extremely disappointing experience. There are many other pizza options in the area that will do a much better job with your food.

West End favourite!Lovely family-owned restaurant.Dishes made with love. Nothing here changes, nor should it. Reliably delicious traditional Italian food.Gerry can cook anything!I've hosted parties here and had several family dinners catered by Sorrento's over the last 14 years.Always served with a smile.

It used to be one of my all-time favorite pizza places in Winnipeg. They had amazing breadsticks and massive salads too. But lately, the main waitress has been terrible...Last night, there were only a few tables of people - it wasn't at all full, but the waitress was throwing around the dishes in the back, making a HUGE ruckus and seemingly making a deliberate scene. She also dropped a fork by accident" on one of my table guests

Sorrento is like family. The Ellice location was a regular lunch choice for us. Always greeted at the door like we are family coming for a visit! Then deciding do I want my big feta salad and garlic bread sticks or small lunch pizza and salad combo. My mouth waters just writing this! Prices reasonable and food amazing!They’ve moved to Wilkes from Ellice which is timely given the area on Ellice was becoming problematic and seedy.In fact I’m trying out the new location Wednesday and will write a review on the new digs after. We have been here many times. Tony and the guys usually do good. The past couple visit lately have left me at a loss.First off it is mother's day on this day. My wife decided to pick this place for her mothers day meal. We walked into restaurant to the sounds of a man complaining that he made an order over 39 min ago and still did not receive the meal. We then hear the waitress say the order was not put in. WOW!!! Warning signs right off the hop. We were seated and were the only other customers in the restaurant. She took the order and then we waited we ordered 3 meals, And salad. We waited 25 min. Then noticed that our waitress forgot about us. She came around the corner and seen us and realized she didn't give the kitchen our order....oh shi#". Lol at this point. She came back to us (after I just watched her hand the order slip to the kitchen). She said they were cutting lettuce. Lol. We then got our salad 3 min later. It was good
