We booked Tim for a wine tour and he was great! He had the best energy and was super accommodating. He was helpful during our booking process and fantastic on the day of. He gave personal recommendations on where we should stop and was spot on. Overall, super professional and his top priority was that we enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend his services to anyone and would book with him again!

Tim and Troy went above and beyond this weekend to ensure we had a great experience. Troy was on top of all of our reservations at each winery and even got us into a spot last minute. They allowed us to choose which wineries and tailored the day to our requests. If you’re coming to PEC, definitely choose them !! It was a perfect day :)

Prime Vines was quick to respond and extremely helpful when I contacted them for service for my wedding. Their prices were competitive, beating the bigger guys by a mile! This past weekend, they showed up earlier than expected and happily waited. Their service was beyond any expectation— the guys were friendly, courteous and patient. Our wedding reception went HOURS longer than expected and the guys still stayed and saw the night through. 5 stars isn’t enough- we love this company and will use them at any opportunity!

Tim has been super helpful and accommodating, taking the time to help me plan the perfect day for a bachelorette. They made our bachelorette party unforgettable. They were the only limo company I called in PEC that was flexible and wheelchair accessible.Tim worked closely with me via email and telephone call to create a custom wine tour that was perfect for our group. He made reservations at each winery and made sure the one girl in our group that used a wheelchair could access each winery with ease. He called me days prior to confirm the tour schedule and was very flexible when we had to make last minute plans / rearrangements. This company stands out from any other company I looked at and they even gave us a COMPLIMENTARY CHARCUTERIE BOX to snack on during our ride which was a lovely surprise! We could connect our music via Bluetooth to control the limo music. Troy was fantastic putting the wheelchair in and out of the trunk at each winery and even helped push it up steep hills. Troy noticed our group really enjoyed sweet drink and even made a last minute switch to go to a cidery with slushies that ended up being our favourite stop! He also was a great photographer for our group on top of a great, safe driver and he was very personable and enjoyed some lunch with us with lots of laughs. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and would recommend ANYONE planning to rent a limo for any use to call this company and book with them, as you will have the peace of mind knowing your experience will be incredible.
