Very poor customer service. they work on their own hours to get paid, not for clients. It's a shame that such workers are recruited who just sit and drink coffee. one answer ..., you need ...., you call decide by phone, and then come to us. If you don't like it, go to another company. What is this service

I am very very disappointed, I am waiting already 2 weeks for a new plan, they sent to a different address. I called several times to fix the probleme. Very bad service.

Apparently workers anre only sales people and not customer service reps on top of that. Good luck if you ever have an issue, you’ll get to experience the lovely 2 hour hold times for calling in with no help provided from the employees!!!

Not extremely happh that theybsay one thing at one store and send you to another for pickup of phone and then dont honour there price offered seems each store has own pricing even after ralking with other store. They didnt seem to want to assist further as they were busy.

I got my new iPhone 14 pro from the manager “jake”and new trainee but the thing is they gave me all offers which they can give and they both were very happy and polite. There way of explaining the deals was excellent I hope the new girl will be perfect soon.

Store shall return the $50 charge for adding the new line. No refund after 6month of waiting. Do not adding new line or create a new account in any Fido store. I did not want to spend time giving 1 star. Unfortunately in Canada any verbal promise does not count.

Once again screwed by fido. Brought in my galaxy flip 3 for screen replacement, one which we pay almost 20 a month for a free screen replacement amd get told that we have to mail it out which would take almost TWO WEEKS to be fixed and mailed back and in the mean time we would have to pay $130 ONTOP of the almost $20 we pay a month amd in the mean time they WOULDNT be sending a replacement phone to use during the time it was being repaired. This is insane. Thanks again for nothing fido. Onto of the 1200 phone bill you slammed us with last month you'd think they'd have a little compassion.
