The food was good, obviously, but the service in this particular joint, compared to other A&W's, was outstandingly bad. Ordering 6 wraps and being only given 3? Plus, they dared call my WIFE a mister. She looks even more feminine than many other women I know! Like, how could the guy be so blind!?

I am the A&W fan , but this branch is the worst one that I saw for the services! There is no update in their google map which mentions they have only drive through and take out ordering on Saturday & Sunday! When we arrived there the outside temperature was 31c and after returning to the car for drive through ordering, they did not gave us our order after 15 min! We asked for our order and went for eating we found that our drinks were completely different, we ordered diet Coke but there were Rootbear! and no ketchup too for the fries!So disappointed!

The place is a great stop if your looking for some food right off the highway. The quality regardless of the time of day is always good but the inside seating area feels like it could use a little TLC. Very nice staff.

Since when is potine finger food? We stopped at this A&W drive-thru before travelling back to Montreal and we were not provided with any napkins or a fork. Only noticed once we were on the highway and weren't about to turn back after a long day. Very disappointed with having to eat my poutine with my fingers and not having a single napkin to wipe up afterwards. I hope this was a one time mistake otherwise the service was friendly and the food was good.
