Kosta and his crew have done excellent work designing and building a backyard deck for us. He had lots of good ideas and came up with a great design that suited the yard very well, and then built a structure that is both beautiful and strong. A pleasure to deal with him!P.S. The deck turned out so well that we hired him again in the same season to put a fence around the yard. It turned out just as well as the deck, and the previous 5-star rating still applies!

My wife and I contacted Kosta at Canadian Custom Decks to have him work with us in designing deck blueprints and drawings for us with the idea that we would take on the construction phase ourselves.Having never built a deck before we wanted someone who was a knowledgeable insider in the field who was going to give us sound fundamental building techniques as well as and almost as importantly walk us through how to do the finish & detail work that would make what would be an amateur build look professional.Working with Kosta on the design phase was a great experience; he was thorough in taking measurements and offering suggestions on shape and size. Once the blueprints where finished Kosta met with my wife and I to go over the build process and pro tips on how to build a deck correctly.Overall I couldn’t be happier with the service and personalized advice that Canadian Custom Decks provided all at a fair price!

A great deck renovation at a reasonable price!I recently had Canadian Custom Decks complete our deck renovation. We bought a new house in 2018 but were never pleased with the small deck at the back that was made with standard green pressure treated lumber. We got quotes from several companies for a deck that was twice the size as our deck, but incorporating the existing framework and replacing the deck boards with composite deck boards.Canadian Custom Decks is a small company owned and operated by Kosta Panagos. Kosta arrived on time and explained what he could do for us. His price was very reasonable, and he made sure there was minimum composite deck board waste. He went out of his way to find an exact match for our existing glass railing. Kosta rebuilt the board-on-board privacy fences at both ends of our deck with better quality pressure treated lumber and applied two coats of stain. The weather was not cooperating and he had to wait a couple of days before starting to stain. He moved on to start another project and returned promptly to finish the installing the fences. I would highly recommend Canadian Custom Decks to anyone looking for a new deck or a renovation. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough for this company.

Kosta and his team did a great job replacing our deck and front porch. Very friendly and finished the job on time and on budget.

I did alot of research and have had many decks built in the past, some I thought I was happy with at the time. Let me tell you...I didn't realize how much better the finish product could look. Kosta and his guys pay attention to every detail. I had my front porch removed and redone, looks amazing. Couldn't be more proud when guests come to the front door.
