The worst customs broker. We have been forced to clear shipments with them for many many years and it is always terrible. I cringe when I see our clients use Livingston as their broker. It takes forever, our drivers sit at the border and wait, and our company loses so much money. Awful.

Worst broker alwaysIf Livingston is out of business our cross border trucking will be way much easier and fast.The customer who uses them are the biggest fool, paying driver’s waiting time because of using Livingston.

Wish there could be an option for negative for this broker, Nobody should waste their time with them.Always give stupid excuses to delay shipments, every other day their system is down, doesn’t care if your truck is waiting at border for two days or over.Just stay away from them for your good.

WORST BROKER EVER. I always have trouble getting my shipments cleared. They always take 15-16 hours to clear 1 simple shipment. I’ve had other brokers too. I’ve never had any problems with them. But with livingston every single time I have problems getting the shipment cleared. Their customer service centre are unprofessional and untrained. It is a pain in the head getting shipments cleared from them. My trucks have to wait for hours at the border because of them. Highly recommend NOT TO GO WITH LIVINGSTON.WORST BROKERAGE EVER

i leave shipments cause of Livingston broker, i dont know how they are still in business. have to send papers 10 times and follow up 100 times to clear custom.."

Absolutely unprofessional treatment, employees with attitude issues, long wait time and overall just worst posible experience crossing the border. If these guys would go out of business it would do everyone a service. Wish I could give it 0 star rating!

The process to import my trailer from Canada to USA was handled flawlessly. Rob was easy to deal with and communication was exceptional. Once at the border with all the forms completed it went smoothly.

I am constantly being held up at the border for hours at a time due to the incompetence of this broker. Even with a leniency of time for mistakes or to clear paperwork with the border, they seem to drop the ball more often than they’re on it. I write this review after waiting for an additional two hours at the border (and still waiting) even though I gave them fifteen hours to clear me through.I understand that mistakes happen but the shear frequency of these occurrences leans more towards poor quality than accidents can allow. If you have the choice, I strongly recommend using a different broker.Be safe and have a good day.

Worst Customer Expereince .. never ever hire Livingston for your shipment. Sent documents 2 days ago , driver stuck on border, calling them since 9 am Pacific time and now 5:30 pm pacific time, they stopped taking call, driver stuck at border. No response and giving wrong information. Talked to Ammy, apple, Bag and they other representative. 218C20230414103A PARS still not clear. Horrible customer service, rude and totally unprofessional. if you call multiple times they will block your number. if you want to save you time.. it better to pay more and hire any other broker UPA/Farrow are far better.
