Committing to an extensive home renovation was such a big decision in our lives! As it turns out, hiring Alair to do the big job was one is the best decisions of our lives! We were thoroughly impressed from start to finish with Alair Chilliwack’s very own Chris and Marcus. Their professionalism, organization, reliability, dedication and flexibility was top notch. The whole process was such a positive one, and we are more than thrilled with the final result. We even had a ton of laughs along the way with our building team. All installations were of good quality they were responsive to my concerns. The project took much longer than expected but was within budget.

As an architectural photographer I get the opportunity to see many beautiful homes and work with some wonderful people. I was fortunate to have Chris Klaassen of Alair Homes in Chilliwack contact me to photograph one of his projects. Immediately after meeting Chris I was impressed with his friendly and positive nature. When I arrived to photograph the home it was clear that Chris and the homeowners had a great relationship. His client was extremely happy with the extensive renovations of their home. I've seen thousands of renos and this one was stunning. The detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout, not many renos are this well implemented. It was a pleasure photographing a home where the builder obviously cared so much about the details. I've been through many renos myself and appreciate the attention to customer service that he displayed with his client. Chris is the kind of builder that everyone needs to consider hiring. We just had Alair finish our new home's unfinished basement. To say that we are please is an understatement. Both Chris and Nathan were excellent to work with.
