Linde Canada is an absolute joke of a company that has no inner structure that functions extremely poorly.We used to be their clients.More than half the times, their product/tank had more than 1 fault. Faults are one thing, but when their products literally create a safety hazard, it's a different story. Their engineering team gave us absolutely no support when we asked them to fix their own issues.Their legal then team decided to go pursue us in court because we stopped buying their *seriously underperforming* products.Apparently one of the things Linde Canada makes you do is sign a binding contract that lasts for 7 years (Legal supplier relations contract in BC maximum is 2 years) making them the exclusive seller of gas products to us.Their contract literally stated that Linde Canada is not responsible for any damaged products. Their contract also had no way for the client to actually terminate the contract.On top of this. They decided to go after, Praxair. The one supplier who was actually able to sell us a decent product to stop selling to us. Even though Praxair and Linde are merging together as this review is being written.Stay away from this joke of a company.

For the CO2 Refill, the Creepy staff asked for a recertification fee of $160.I was asking for the why, even though I was recertification already.'Idont know what was inside''So do you want every each time for charge recertification?''May be'what a nice employee.

Bad experience with this company. Last week I called this company to schedule pick up an empty helium container from my home. I was told the drivers were busy and I need to schedule another day. I called again 2 days ago to schedule a pick-up. I was told the driver tried to reach me couple days ago and I didn't answer my phone. Well I didn't expect that since nobody confirmed the date with me. I then schedule to have the helium container to be picked up today. I waited all day at home, nobody called. I called the company and the lady" who answered the phone said the driver called and I didn't answer my phone. I waited at home all day and didn't miss a single call! I can prove it by showing my call log to this company. Then the "lady" said the driver could pick it up tomorrow with $84 charge. I urged the company to investigate and look into the driver's call log. I wouldn't pay the charge unless you could show me proof. I hope the management could look into this."
