I worked with Tufx wheelbarrow for over 10 years and they are the best quality product that money can buy. They are light and extremely strong. I have 4 of their wheelbarrows and one of them is over 10 years old and still going strong.

I needed a replacement wheel and a few small parts for my wheelbarrow and I received AMAZING customer service from Barb Weber, Office Manager! Thanks you very much

I purchased a serrated 48 in handle shovel used it a few times . I was digging out a bush and I went to step on step and it broke off and ripped my pants and cut the back of my leg . Its not even a month old and I went to reach out to them about replacing the shovel .I send pic in like they asked . And get a e mail less then 5 mins later saying its not a Manufacturing defect. But they will send me a free shovel but I pay shipping. Over 46 bucks shipping. Therefore their warranty program is a scam. And I will not buy this junk brand again. And I will be calling home depot as well and let them know . I bet they look after me .

Have one for my garden landscaping. The wheel barrel is very heavy duty and well balanced.

After purchasing a wheelbarrow from Canadian Tire, I noticed that an important part that strengthen the wheelbarrow under heavy load was missing from the package. I contacted Canadian Tire about it, but after an hour I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. So just as I was about to return it for a refund, I thought of contacting Tufx-Fort about that missing piece. And, oh boy, was I glad I did. After a few minutes of reaching out to them, Jodi-Ann (Jr. Account Manager) was all over the case. She solved my problem by simply shipping me that important piece that was missing. She was fantastic since the moment she replied to my email and asking what she can do to help. Thank you so much Jodi-Ann for listening and proposing a solution that fixes my problem with the missing piece effortlessly. I'm definitely considering Tufx products over any other brand for my next purchases.

A joke of a company to work with. Can't ship orders in a timely manner. After sales support is non existent.
