Massage Experts

I recently booked a massage at Massage Expert on my rare day off, as I was experiencing extreme pain and needed some relief. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I was quite disappointed when they canceled my appointment only 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start. To make matters worse, I was already en route to their location.Unfortunately, they did not provide any alternative options or backup solutions, leaving me without a massage and still in pain. I was very much looking forward to my session, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.I hope that Massage Expert will improve their scheduling and communication in the future so that others do not have to face the same disappointment I experienced.

Nathan was really informative and helped my shoulder out as well as some lower back pain. He gave me some stretches to do at home and the next day after the massage, my shoulder had absolutely no pain at all, and I went for a 5K walk which normally aggravates my lower back and I felt nothing at all! He’s awesome and I will be returning!

I would have loved to give the clinic a 4-star review, but I would not recommend the massage therapist I had although the secretary was great. I had been traveling for appointments and needed a massage therapist short term so I went to this clinic for convenience and regret not doing more research.During my last appointment, he aggravated my injury with the opening sequence, which is fine, it happens all the time. The problem is that he suggested several times that we stop the session. Hmm, no? You broke it, you fix it. 15 years of treatment for my accident injury and this is the first time this happens. I was completely shocked and suggested I flip on my back so he could work on my neck from there.I could feel he was not focused on me during the opening sequence as he kept taking sips out of his coffee, another first for me. It made me anxious and tense, probably causing the aggravation. If I didn't need him to fix what he hurt so I could finish my 6-hour drive back home, I would have gladly accepted his offer to stop because he sure isn't worth 100$/hour.

My Massage therapist, Meghan Nicolle, was fantastic! Explained everything very well, was very personable and genuinely cared for my well-being. Her love for her job was apparent, and gave me confidence in her :)

I went in for a lymphatic drainage massage with Michelle and despite the fact she was very kind, I felt like the appointment was more or less wasted. I did not have the same level of experience that I have come accustomed to. During the appointment, Michelle did not start by pumping the nodes which would have allowed for proper drainage... I'm not an expert but I was really disappointed with the experience.

I cannot recommend Meghan Nicolle enough. She is very knowledgeable and caring, as well as hilarious! Makes for a great experience every time. Being a RMT is not just a job for her and it shows. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment with Meghan today!
