From the time i walked in to the massive showroom, Lisa made us feel comfortable and very professional in guiding us to what I was looking for to suit my home. She was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Day of install, Jason was on time, answered all my questions and he was very detailed in his work. All in all, i would only recommend Bill Knight Flooring from start to finish, true professionals for your flooring and carpet renovation. That is why they have been a success for 52 years!

Although I didn't purchase any of their products yet(still waiting for their quote), I must give a full mark review. My wife and I got the most satisfing browsing experience ever. We got everything we need to learn before updating our condo flooring. Very impressive helpful staff and I respect to the owner of this store. He showed his passion about his business which he's been doing for more than 50 years. And I kind of getting to know why people love there.

Showroom service is excellent, great people to deal with. Be aware that they contract out the installation. So for my experience has been damaged furniture and 3 visits to install two rooms and guess what.... they haven't finished yet. A forth visit is required as they ran out of laminate. Truly this has been a frustrating experience. All I am suggesting is that you need to know when you hire Bill Knight it is someone else installing your floor.

Ric in Sales was very knowledgeable and we found a top name brand LVP product that we did not see elsewhere in the city. We shopped the other flooring stores and did not have the same great experience. The entire purchase from getting a detailed quote and adjusting as needed, to delivery, installation and cleanup went smoothly. Daryl was the lead installer. We will definitely shop there again with confidence!
