Have used RSI both at my business and home and have been impressed with Ryan and every member of his team, every time. Great business to deal with.

I contacted RSI for a quote on a ductless mini-split heatpump. The estimator/consultant did a great job of identifying the best location and made a suggestion on the electrical connection that I really appreciated. Installation followed much sooner than expected - they had a cancellation - contacted us, worked us in weeks early. They did a beautiful neat and tidy job. And wow, never dreamed that one 18,000 BTU heatpump at one end could heat the entire main floor of a three bedroom bungalow. Does a much better job than the furnace ever did. When we are ready to put in a second heatpump for the basement it will be RSI all the way. These folks are AAA+++!

We contacted Ryan and his team at Refrigeration Specialist when we were shopping for a second heat pump. Ryan presented us with options based on what we were looking for.They were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We ended up purchasing a Fujitsu unit and the Installation was done cleanly and professionally. Fantastic job with the stand! The installer also took the time to explain the functions of the unit to get us started.We also had them in to do cleaning of our first heat pump that is now 6 years old. It was quick and no mess and glad we did it. Very good experiences with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Things started great, had a heat pump installed, no issues. Called to get it cleaned about 6 months ago, told was on a list. Well still no call, no email or text, saying when they would be around. They don't take care of customers. Seems when they get your money, they move on to other people. They were one local company, that you could depend on. NOT NOW!!!!!

Refrigeration Specialists assessed my home and installed the perfect Fujitsu heat pump to suit my needs. They were quick and professional and offered excellent service. They sent me a reminder for the annual cleaning, and with easy booking of the apt they arrived and left no mess afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in bettering their heating needs!

So happy with the service. We have had 2 heat pumps installed, a Fujitsu and a Tosot. Very happy with both. Awesome staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had no A/C in a commercial building and couldn’t get any resolution from my usual contractor. RSI was able to show up within 3 hours and instantly diagnosed the problem and restored cooling to the building. Easy to deal with both technicians and office staff.
