Service was excellent. The communication and understanding was top notch and the workmanship was top notch. The problem was with Lincoln who has built a car that they can't fix the blue screen and awful sound that comes on when I use my reverse and 360 camera. It has been a problem since I have bought this car. My lead guy who lead the service understood the problem and gave me hope this will be fixed. If it can be fixed soon than I will stay with Lincoln. My last 4 cars have been with Lincoln Ford, largely because the service dept has always been excellent. I always could rely on this dept. as was the case again this time. If this problem of the camera can't be fixed than I would loose faith in Lincoln to be able to manage modern technology,and I will move on to another car company that can.Please know that my service was 5+star because of the employee that worked for me. Thank you to him.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable team. Benjie the sales manager was amazing to deal with when it came to finding my new vehicle. Stephen Christie from sales and Chris Casey from finance accommodated an early Monday morning delivery for us on very short notice. They spent the right amount of time explaining the products to us both in the finance office and when showing us all the great features of the truck. The service I received was great, got an oil change in a considerable time and it was great. Miss understanding when I made the appointment online asking for synthetic oil to be used and being told it was all on file from the last one at this location. Apparently it wasn’t as they took the car back in and dumped the oil and changed the filter supposedly and put another new filter and synthetic oil in it before I left. Now I know to make sure I tell/confirm this with the people at the service counter when I stop the next time for an oil change.

I had my 2016 Ford Explorer in at Steele Ford last week to have one axle and strut replaced on the driver side. They quoted me $1,328 plus shop supplies and tax to do this. Carquest did not have the parts in stock but are substantially cheaper and there is not that much difference in quality. I gavevthe work to the dealer as they can get the parts in 2 days. Once the vehicle was ready the service advisor tried to charge me $2,200 and I informed her that she quoted me $1,328 plus tax. She still charged me $1,805 as there was a $99 charge for shop supplies (since when does grease and rags cost $99). Plus she charged me one extra labour to address the wheel bearing issue in the left rear. Typical Ford will not sell just the wheel bearing, they force you to buy the whole hub assembly and ABS sensor and the dealer quoted $1,500 to replace.My friend is a auto tech for over 20 years and he can replace it $250 for parts and one hour labor. $350 vs $1,500What the hell is Ford doing.This vehicle is being traded in tomorrow for an import SUV and most likely will never buy another Ford product
