Purolator

The worst delivery service. So the tracking shows the expected deliver date is today, i waited a whole day nothing show up, no updates. Contacted customer service, and was told your package did not make it to the truck to be delivered because NO SPACE! What??? Who decided my package was not important enough to deliver today? And the tracking update, non existence. Horrible service

Agreed with most of the reviews here. They’re the only shipping company in Thunder Bay that can’t seem to deliver my packages. I’ve stopped picking up packages from them. They can send it back, companies need to learn to start using Canada Post or FedEx.

Purolator use the chronicle journal as a pickup and drop off spot that closed early encounter to the 5:00 p.m. Chronicle journal close at 4:00 p.m. and wrote on their note that they won't be open again till Wednesday so how are people supposed to get there packages before Christmas

Worst delivery service ever ! I got my delivery package scheduled for Purolator service and my friend told me be aware of your delivery time, because they mess it up everytime. And that's what happen... Delivery guy just call for 2 seconds and now not picking up ever ! I am unable to contact Purolator via any means... Call (waiting from 1 hr), chat (automated chat replies) ! I am worried they will just try to do fake delivery attempt like these every time and send my package back ! Need help so badly ! Why PUROLATOR why ???

Absolute worst delivery company. Do not send anything through them. Item will not arrive on time if at all. No one will help you. Completely incompetent, if you are so short staffed and cannot find capable employees that can follow simple instructions and read a piece of paper stating where item is going. Employees clearly are just putting boxes in trucks not knowing where it’s supposed to go. They are not a shipping company they only thing they are capable of doing is collecting money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They have one simple job send a parcel to a specific address but clearly that is too much to ask. A whole level of stupidity I can’t even comprehend.

Delivery slip says come to Apple Self Storage 9-5. Place is locked before 4:30 - nobody there. Unable to contact by phone either. Went to main office, told to go to Apple Self Storage. Can’t pick up parcel. If delivery driver had knocked on my door in the first place I wouldn’t need to be driving everywhere. Customer Service says it is closed Saturday even though delivery slip and door say it’s open Saturdays. Not happy I have to come back another day to see if they’re even open. Would not recommend.

They sent my package to an incorrect address and didn't accept it. They are the worst. Don't trust them. You can see the Purolator image to the wrong address and my home image. Same house number but a different postal code and different Streets name.They lost my package shamefully.It seems there is no regulation for what they do.

I have over nighted a fair amount of parts express post from purolator, was told would be delivered next day and not once was it delivered the next day. They cant tell me where my packages are

Missing my parcels.over a week ago shipper said Purolator had my parcel in thunderbayont. But they deny.but also say they delivered it. Can't have it both ways...
