I ordered on the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes for a shake. The girl set it down on the counter with an attitude and didn't say a word to me. She was also wearing sweatpants.

I don't usually order here because my orders usually get messed up by the counter help or the pin pads are a pain in the A@#...just a couple of reasons why I don't stop here often...you an only let just so many screw ups happen before you just stop visiting any public place

Went there at 10:30 . mind you, there’s still people going late at night. (they close at 11) i wasn’t expecting them to be super fast. but it is FAST FOOD. It was late i understand. But you shouldn’t have to wait over 20mins in a line with one car in front of you. Got the food, it was cold and the lady wasn’t overly happy. of course it’s close to closing. But no reason for 20-30 min waits. They need more help. and better time management. disappointed. Idk when i’ll be coming back.

Thought I would try the new mccrispy bacon sandwich. The picture on the menu looked appealing. What I received was very unappealing. The bun was soggy. I was expecting lettuce and tomato. It looks slapped together. The fries were bad. It's pretty rare to get a good batch of fries from this location. Where is the quality control? Consistency? Isn't that what we expect when we go to a place like McDonalds, Wendy's or Olive Garden? I don't know why I keep going back. I guess I forget there are other options.

It's always terrible now. Wait 30 to 45 minutes for some mcdoubles and a drink. Get told to pull ahead half the time so they can do nothing for 10 more minutes. One time I waited pulled forward for 30 mins. I go in and they had forgotten and just moved on with my smoothie sitting on the counter. It's just super incompetent now for some reason. Also anytime I order nuggets if I don't say cook to order(which they have an attitude when you do ask) then the nuggets taste like they were cooked 3 hours ago. Soggy and cold just gross.

Staff is always super friendly. Had quite a few orders from this McDonalds location and not a single one has been wrong and they’ve always been delicious.

This place is just a regular run of the mill fast food restaurant. Sometimes they get your orders correct and sometimes not. Their food sometimes is not too good,but this is McDonald's. I have had a few issues with staff through the years,but it is what it is.
