I’ve been going to Fountain Tire for the past 2 years. Will has helped us out every time and has taken great care of us. We got our winter tires from Will last year. This year i had a screw in it. I called Will right after work and he was able to get me in within 20 minutes and get the screw out and repaired in under an hour! Will and the great service is why my wife and I continue to go to Fountain Tire. Thank you!

I visited here to fix my first car I bought in Canada. They did an amazing job for me and especially Alex went to an extra mile to diagnose the issues in my Car and fixed them on same day. They gave me a list of their findings and advised me to fix that are immediately required. Finally I got the best price too. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing service. Went in for an oil change but much more was needing to be repaired and it was completed that day. They kindly took care of transportation of a person who uses a wheelchair to get to and from their day program with their staff before picking up the vehicle at the end of the day. We will be going back to this Fountain Tire!

They were understaffed the day I got my car serviced, but they still managed to get my car done in time, because the amazing owner, Alex, stepped up to fill in, and ran the front desk like a champ. I waited there for my car to get processed, and some customers were rude, but through it all, Alex remained very professional, honest, transparent, and pleasant despite it all. They were busy and still did a great job. I’ll definitely return.

I made an appointment online to get new all season tires put on my car & found a set for $800 all together. Couple days later someone called me saying they don’t make my size of tires anymore (16”) and the only ones available were $1400, almost double the price..Anyways cancelled my appointment & the worker continued to tell me good luck for finding my size tire for under $1000…Very disappoint that they seemed to have been trying to take advantage that I was a women & probably “wouldn’t know” 16” tires are one of the most common tire sizes & obviously no one’s gonna stop making them anytime soon.

Excellent service. I drove in with my car that had a fast leak on the front passenger side tire , they were able to get my tire looked at,, establish if a repair was possible and order a replacement tire while I was there. Early next day the car was ready with replacement tire, wheel alignment and wheel rotation…. Well done! It was stressful driving to the store while my car was reflecting on the dash how low my front tire was getting by the minute. The team at fountain were calm, organized and got it looked after. Thank you- June 6/2023.

I’m so disappointed! I changed my tires last Friday, and mentioned staffs, I have a long-distance road trip on Sunday, PLS BE CAREFUL TO CHECK MY WHEELS AFTER CHANGING IT. But!!! There were 2 screws missing on the way when I was driving. HOW DANGER IT! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE YOU GUYS ARE PROVIDING?
