I really didn't have a great experience with this guy. I was visiting Nova Scotia when my wife's phone screen broke. I searched for nearby repair places, this is the first and only place I called. I told the guy/owner that I needed the phone repaired by the end of the week (3 or 4 days from my call) because we were heading back home. He said yes, no problem, send him the money for the screen, he'll order it right away and have it in a day or two. I sent the money within a few minutes. I didn't hear from him so I reached out on Thursday, he said something happened with the shipment, and the screen didn't show up. I asked for a refund, his response was that he doesn't give refunds, they are bad for his business." Now he's made his business problems

Had a great experience dealing with Bryon at The Fix. My laptop had fallen out of my bag, breaking the screen. He gave me an option for 2 different screen replacements: One aftermarket and one OE. I opted for the aftermarket screen (because I'm a student and the laptop was already fairly old) - He had it ordered, installed and the laptop returned to me by the end of the week. This was in late 2015 and 4 years later the screen is still working perfectly, and so is the laptop! I've sent several friends to Bryon over the last few years and they've all been pleased with his work. He's also easy to reach via FB Messenger and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommended in Sackville, NB!

I'm pretty tech savvy with Apple products but whenever I needed help with more complex repairs, The Fix always managed to get me fixed up at incredibly reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Have had my iphone screen fixed, as well as my macbook pro updgraded by The Fix - new hard drive, new ram, new battery. Everything works great. Really responsive and willing to answer all my questions. Thank you!

My Macbook's trackpad stopped working properly. The pointer was moving randomly, opening pages and apps on its own. At first I went to Jump + in Moncton, as I didn't realize I had other choices. After arriving at my appointment time, I was told that I have to surrender my laptop for 3 weeks for diagnostics, pay 70 dollars for that and there is not much else they could promise at the time. I didn't want to be without the laptop for that long with no guarantee they would even fix it, so I left and googled nearby MacBook repair services and that's how I found the Fix. It is a private shop, run by the owner. Despite having another job, it took him 2 days to diagnose and replace the faulty trackpad/cable and it has worked great since! His price was extremely reasonable, especially considering intricate work involved. Couldn't be happier!

The Fix is a life saver. He literally saved my MacBook Air a few years back when I spilled liquid all over it. What would have been thousand plus to repair was under $100. Would recommend over and over again. Fair price and very knowledgeable guy.

Bryon is great! He’s repaired many apple and pc products for me over the years. He’s built a few computers for me when I couldn’t afford a new one but needed more space and power than I had. He under promises and over delivers which is a business practice I use myself. He’s a straight shooter who has never allowed me to waste money fixing something beyond its worth. Everything he’s built or fixed for me worked flawlessly afterwards. I highly recommend The Fix.
