I like this store very much. Great selection of smoking goods especially pipes. Good for gifts if you have a smoker. I buy pipe tobacco every second week. Nice and friendly people that always can help with you purchase.

Thus cigar shop is more than a store, Joseph makes you feel like your family, he knows everything you need to know and has the largest inventory to meet your smoking needs I won't go anywhere else. By far the best place amazing service, top notch products and amazing owner!

I have been buying my cigars with Ziggaren for about 6 months now and I honestly can not say enough great things about them!! Being new to cigars I was looking to shop that would really take the time to get to know me and what I was looking for out of the cigar in terms of flavours, strength etc. Sunny and Joseph really go the distance to ensure you are making the best buying decision for both your palate and budget and are always there to offer amazing suggestions if you are a buyer that doesn't quite know what they like just yet. It's so rare to find a business such as Ziggaren where the staff are friendly, non-judgmental and truly passionate about the products they sell. I am very happy to say that they are the only place I will buy my cigars in Calgary!

Great customer service and an amazing cigar shop. Huge variety, well kept humidors with a wide range of tobacco products ranging from cheap stuff to extremely high end. Staff was very helpful even for someone who doesn't frequent 'cigar culture'. There was two points they tried to down sell me to alternative products more appropriate to what I said I wanted. No / low pressure and well educated staff. Even for the curious about cigars / lighters, the walk in experience was welcoming and low/no pressure. Would recommend for people new to cigars as well as cigar afficinatios who already know what they're looking for, you're bound to find it here at reasonable prices. Would visit again.

Great tabbacco store best in the Calgary area in my humble opinion, staff are beyond friendly and helpful very inviting atmosphere. I bought my first pipe from them the other day and could not be happier I will definitely be a regular customer, Sincerely one very happy customer

Stop here all the time, one of the best humidors I've found in CA. A bit on the hard side to find because Canada is obsessed with camouflaging the cigar stores but the are worth finding.CA hides all the bands too, so best if you know what you want before you get there cause browsing" a bunch of brown bands is underwhelming"

I was just in. Kinda in a hurry, so I just grabbed a few cigars. Will have to come back and check out that really huge, beautiful walk-in humidor. Almost to much pick from. They seem very friendly, not pushy at all. I normally go to willow park cigars. I'm thinking now I'll switch to this place. I will for sure be back after my camping trip.

The thing about Zigarren is the selection is unmatched no question. The qualms are with when asking about different cigar brands. I like boutique and smaller brands. I was treated like the cigars I like are garbage and you offer Rocky Patel. I asked about Sanj Patel SP1014 and was just told no. I said it’s getting a lot of love online and I bought them in the states I was met with never heard of them. You are followed throughout both humidors like you are a criminal. I come back because of the selection not the service.

Anyone who thinks this guy is rude, is far too sensitive. Its called a sense of humor i found the service to be spectacular I asked for a 20$ sweet cigar and he pointed out 13$ long sweet cigars so i bought two. He had no problem cutting the edge off for me. I would deffinetly reccomend this shop if you like fair priced quality and hilarius costormer service
