Nobody does what they promise, too many mistakes made, and coverage is sub par at best for the extremely high cost of the plan. Not worth it at all

Service is great, but only when you actually manage to talk to someone. Indeed, it’s almost impossible to get to talk to someone. There is a voicemail that kicks in after 15 minutes of wait time. It says to leave a detailed message with contact info for a customer service associate to call back within 24 hours. However, I have called 3 days in a row and left voicemails, but never got a call back. So I kept calling until I spoke to someone. And then, service was impeccable. Definitely short-staffed!
