I had a good experience at Specsavers, from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I especially liked how they made sure that I understood my invoice breakdown and that I was comfortable with all of my options.

I was assisted by Harshdeep at the store, very kind and humble gentleman. He was very patient with my search for the perfect pair of glasses.The glasses are at a very reasonable price and the process is fairly quick.They also provide a 2 year warranty on every frame you buy!

I recently visited Specsavers for an eye exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff were incredibly helpful. Dr. Clark was incredibly professional and thoroughly explained the results of my eye exam. Dr. Clark and Juniper helped me select a pair of glasses that suited my style! Conveniently located at the Chinook Mall. Would highly recommend!

Kristen was absolutely amazing, with multiple attempts at finding the right pairs she helped me locate two perfect pairs! The service was wonderful and efficient, I am super happy with my overall experience!

Loving the new glasses! They delivered on everything that was promised, The service and attention were top notch. They say that if the glasses are not right they will replace them for free - and I actually had to test this (the factory ground the wrong lens). They replaced for free as they said - no question. I would recommend this store to anyone (and already have). Great selection, greater service!

Excellent service and reasonable price. My last pair of glasses were expensive and I had avoided replacing them. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service by all working April 5th afternoon. I had a thorough eye exam, found a great pair of frames and was able to order my new glasses with the options I needed for an in expensive price. I'm a happy camper.

Had a very good experience. Everyone was friendly. Showed up one weekday lunch hour to see if they could fit me in and they could.The eye exam was informative. The eye exam cost $99. I paid in advance and had to submit to my plan. The prescription was included. They gave me a copy of the prescription.Happily, I didn't have to pay the full cost for the glasses themselves. They contacted my plan and handled that so I just had to pay the difference.I ended up with two separate payment receipts plus the prescription.The equipment they used to figure out the prescription wasn't as fancy as some places I've been but the optometrist was thorough and confirmed my preferences, including the strength of the reading glasses, multiple times.The lenses have reasonable prices for the features selected. You can select what you want and the features can be different for each pair if you're ordering two pairs.I have a strong prescription with an astigmatism so the lenses ended up being $220 for 'Ultimate Thin + Light', scratch resistant, ... . The delivered lenses are thin and light as advertised. Will have to see about the scratch resistance.They have a nice selection of frames in various price ranges so you can find your personal balance between style, prestige and price.The staff was young and hip and happy to provide style advice for those of us who aren't.The shop has bright lights so the frames look their best. So think about how bright your home is if style matters a lot to you. If your home isn't super bright, the frames might not have the punch you liked in the shop.They spent time asking me about how I read my devices to get the reading lenses centred properly.The discounts if you buy two pairs apply to the frames (cheaper pair is free) but not the lenses.The glasses arrived in two weeks as promised and they phoned to let me know my glasses were in.They spent some time making sure the frames fit my head and said I could come in for an adjustment if I found the frames needed adjustment.Because of the strong prescription it took a few days to get used to them. After about a week I didn't notice the new prescription any more. After three weeks the glasses are doing great.Because of the discount on the second pair I decided to get a pair of prescription reading glasses rather than progressives. They work well as reading glasses but the shift I chose (+2.5) is too high for using them with my desktop computer. The distance glasses are working fine for that.About two weeks later they called to see how I was doing.All-in-all a very good experience. Thanks.
